Responsibilities
- Establishing clubs in your city.
- Meeting pastors and trying to get the church involved.
- Managing database.
- Providing Curriculum to the volunteers and helping them kickstart their club.
- Managing Volunteers and Teachers.
Must- Haves
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working with children.
- Experience managing a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Good communication Skills.
- Be proactive
Required Qualification:
- Confident, articulate, compassionate individual in age 25 – 35 years.
- Good listening skills, self-motivation, and teachability.
- Should be able to handle stress at work.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of Scripture is important.
- Graduate in any discipline.
Job Role: Manage and nurture relationships with club teachers and partners. Encourage them to teach the children to grow in the truth, love, and knowledge of God.
Motivate teachers to complete the curriculum.
Responsibilities:
- Practice and promote the vision and mission of J127 among all stakeholders.
- Build relationships with teachers and partners.
- Make phone calls to stakeholders to –
# Encourage them.
# Listen and empathize with their challenges.
# Counsel them with Scripture verses and pray for them.
# Capture and record the progress of the clubs.
# Collect stories of life change and write them.
- Coordinate and assist Programme Coordinators in confirming new clubs.
- Attend daily team devotion.
If you are interested in overseeing the clubs and collecting stories, we would like to give you an opportunity to hold the teachers accountable as the program coordinators hold you accountable.
Responsibilities
- Visit the clubs once a week.
- Meet the teacher, caretaker / person in charge and learn about their experience with J127.
- Collect impact stories from teachers.
- Troubleshoot problems if not bring it to the Program Coordinators attention.
Must- Haves
- Proficiency in English and a local language if possible.
- Basic computer skills
- Good standing in the local church.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Good communication skills.
- Prior experience in teaching children.
